1. Digital Products

Since digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Online Courses & Workshops
Payments made for online courses, live workshops, webinars, or training programs are generally non-refundable.
However, if a live event is cancelled by AIDigitalDC and is not rescheduled, you may be eligible for a full refund.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical issue, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days
4. Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with your payment details. After verification, the payment will either be refunded or your order will be activated.
